About me
I have dedicated my life to exploring both the body and the mind, and my journey has led me to a career that combines my passions: psychology, organizational consulting, movement training, meditation, and coaching.
With a background in strength training and fitness, I discovered yoga and meditation as part of my personal development. This inspired me to deepen my knowledge on the subject by studying with Swami Janakanda, Swami Satyananda, and Randall O’Leary.
I continued to enhance my understanding of the body and inner worlds by studying taiji quan, daoist martial arts, and meditation under the guidance of Barbara Fine and Patrick Kelly. These experiences led me to study psychology and apply my insights from Eastern traditions in a Western context.
On the path to completing my master’s degree in psychology and becoming a licensed psychologist, I worked as an organizational consultant under the mentorship of Christian Bodén, a world-leading expert in organization-wide changes from two system-theoretical frameworks: Requisite Organization for distributing responsibility and Systems Centered Training (SCT) for influencing group dynamics.
By combining Eastern and Western methods, I strive to offer insights and tools that promote self-awareness, adaptability, and authenticity.
I am committed to helping my clients establish and maintain a harmonious balance between body, mind, and work life, and I tailor my support to each individual’s, group’s, and organization’s specific needs.
